Caffeine is perceived as a normal substance that people can take without worrying about its side effects. When one does a reality check, the truth about caffeine consumption is far from what normal people perceive it to be. People tend to evaluate caffeine consumption based on assumptions other than reality. It is important for understand the dynamics of caffeine use from a detailed point of view. This will give a clear insight on the dangers t people face when they consume caffeine in high volumes. Caffeine is a drug that causes both health and psychological problems. It would be enlightening for people to seek the right information concerning the effects that come with excess use of caffeine.
