CAREER QUESTIONNAIREThe purpose of this questionnaire is to learn more about your desired path toward your career.Part 1 Research the career of your choice and find the following information. You must have three schools/associations, even if you are expecting to attend 1 program or take 1 certification exam. Possibly include two certifications and one grad program, or one certification and two grad programs. All info must be typed OR copied and pasted to this document.1. Career Choice2. You will go to two separate locations and observe your career choice for 1 hour at each location. Be sure to get approval to be there before you observe. Then conduct an interview of an employee doing the job you observed.
