After a keen study of the case, various facts come up. The first one is black children were denied admission to public schools based on their race. Only white children secured admission to community schools. This act of discriminating against black children in terms of admission to community public schools was in relation to segregation laws. From a concrete study of the case, one realizes that the quality of education in schools set aside for black is not the same compared to other schools attended by white children. Some regulations in form of laws failed to ensure that the quality of education in black schools was the same as of those schools attended by white children. Although there were provisions that guided on how to provide separate schools for both black and white children and ensure the quality of education was the same, nothing was done at all. Another supporting reason is the fact that although there were regulations to motivate and avail good quality of education in black schools, nothing practical at all was done.
