Guidance for you to analysis the case and compose the case study analysis:
From the case, you will first need to understand the differences between rural and urban consumers and their differing needs, attitudes and behaviors. Begin your case analysis by writing a brief paragraph or two which clearly demonstrates your understanding of these differences.
Building on your understanding, the balance of your submission should be devoted to identifying and explaining the reasons for the poor acceptance of eye care services by rural customers. (This may also require examining rural consumers’ requirements and comparing them with Aravind’s service offering, taking into account Aravind’s limitation to meet consumer requirements in full.)
