SCENARIO

After conducting the desire state of the gap analysis the team consultant noted that its difficult, expensive and time consuming to address all problems identified at once. As a result the team decide to address the problems by developing specific “areas of focus” that may cover aspects of those problems. It should be noted these areas of focus are developed based on what the team felt has the highest priority that needs to be address first. These area of focus are:

 

Integration: Due to Nann(a small organization) softwares all operate independently and being incompatible to communicate together this then causes inefficiency to staff who needs to operate each technology separately to finish their operation

 

Flexibility: One of Naan staff problem is the design of the company hardware being unable to access by all staffs. This has also cause inefficiency and to an extend impacted on data accuracy and customer experience due to the inadequate design of storing and sharing created or modified data and information.
Scalability: As the reason why Naan is leaving a depended online store platform to a more independent operated online store platform is due to the company growth overtime. This then resulted in the company deciding on the need for improve infrastructure and operation design through use of technologies. Hence when Naan implement their next technology scalability must be included to ensure Naan can scale up as their company size and operation starts to grow even larger in the future.
