The only thing we cheated on was we built the houses in a manner that they could be expanded. The government hadnt said we could or could not provide a flat, RCC roof, so we went ahead with what the villagers wanted. They get so stuck up with what they think is right and then you have to break the relationship. A year later, some of the new houses in the tsunami villages had built an upper floor.
