Cost Planning Considerations
- Allocate planning costs to each of your planning elements, using Microsoft Project software.
- Assume your project is about sixty-five percent complete, and add actual costs to each element. Some should be higher than budget, and some lower.
- Use Microsoft Project to submit one of the available standard cost reports.
