Critical Reflection
This assignment requires you to reflect upon an event or series of events in which you have either been the mentor or coach/ or the mentee or coachee. Your reflection needs to take into account the topics and issues raised in this unit. For example, what kind of Model was used, the characteristics of mentor/mentee; coach/coachee; the positive and native experiences; challenges and solutions. References are required.
The assignment is to be 1300 words in length and the reflection sections may be written in the first person.
