Demography

To compose a research paper of approximately 1,000
words (5-8 typed pages), based on the following general topic:

What is demography? Identify several demographic trends in the United
States and discuss how they will impact U.S. businesses. Offer at
least four examples to illustrate your paper.

REQUIREMENTS:

-The paper should be limited to 5-8 pages. The 5-8 pages are doubled
spaced. You should remember that this is a research paper and your
research conclusions must be supported by credible references. Each
paper should have at least 6 references from different sources. You
can consult additional resources such as the UMUC Online Library.

Your research paper should include:

An Introduction- that provides background.

A Discussion- of your point of view, e.g., a stand or position that is
driving your investigation.

Documentation- of your sources when presenting ideas not your own.

A Rational Conclusion- that ties your ideas and findings together.

A Reference Section- of Works Cited.

An Appendix- with appropriate charts, statistics, etc. (if needed).
