Description/Focus: Engagement Process (Interview) Essay Write an essay (in 3rd person context) that: • Describes the process of engagement / interaction which includes the various stages of the interaction process • Integrate the communication skills with the process at each stage • Identify factors that impact on the interaction • Discuss how potential blocks/problems to communication might be addressed during the interaction.
