Details of task:

Students will be required to work through the development of a service system prototype to meet identified user needs. Prototyping will involve the creation of a mock-up of the prototype rather than an actual working model.
Project will be required to identify a potential problem requiring the development of a new service process. They will:
1. Research and identify the customer need (400 words),
2. Identify solutions to meet that need (1000 words), and
3. Develop and test a prototype of the product (1000 words). This will be a mock prototype only and not a full working model.
