A challenge for information technology (IT) personnel is to be able to present technical information for a nontechnical audience and to present conclusions and recommendations in a persuasive manner.
You may not have been exposed to IT or IS terminology, or you may have had only a vague idea of what the terms mean. In this course, you need to understand and use IT terms in their exact technical sense. In this assignment, you will define the terms in the scenario to better understand the CIO’s request.

Using the reference sheet provided, find three authoritative definitions for each assigned term by first consulting your textbook then locating two additional definitions from Web-based sources. Using the trio of definitions as your guide, construct an original and accurate definition for each assigned term (using your own words) that will assist your classmates’ understanding and learning of that term. Share your definitions with your classmates and review the definitions submitted by them.
