1.How can the idea of the universality of management benefit you in your current job or position? How can it help you prepare for the job or position you hope to obtain within the next 5 to 10 years?

2. Many say anyone can become a leader. Is it really possible? Aren’t there people who traits make them unfit to be a leader? Does every manager need to be a leader?

3. Recall the readings and activities you have completed this week and describe the one or two points that were least clear to you. What questions do you have that would help you understand these points better?

Change is important for any organization because, without change, businesses would likely lose their competitive edge and fail to meet the needs of what most hope to be a growing base of loyal customers. How would Lewin explain change to todays managers and leaders today ? Are his ideas and thoughts about change still relevant? Explain.
