The final paper must incorporate concepts and techniques covered in the course and should be persuasive in nature (“sell” your project to management).

The final project should be a minimum of 10 pages in length (not counting title page, abstract, and references) and written in APA format.

Sumitomo Electric Wintec America, INC (SEWA) is a leading industry provider in magnetic wire. This wire is used in various products from automobiles to televisions. Some of the problems when dealing with magnetic wire is the defective products are being shipped to the customers. While having the performance dashboard this will allow the management team to be able to pull reports on a daily basis on the product output for each department. The performance dashboard will be built around Microsoft Office software package. This allows for a more user friendly experience. All management employees will receive training on the specific functions of the performance dashboard. All of the departments will be able to see the status of the department on a daily basis by utilizing the dashboard that will be posted on the community board. The dashboard will be the department’s grade card so to speak. The dashboard will show areas that will need to be improved upon.
