LEADERSHIP SURVERY
Order Description
DRAFT A SURVEY OF 10 QUESTIONS TO BE GIVEN TO 5 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES BASED OFF OF ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP. THESE QUESTIONS WILL POSE THINGS LIKE THEIR WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WHAT THEY EXPECT FROM THEIR LEADER.
HERE IS AN SAMPLE OF A SURVEY BUT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THESE QUESTIONS. ALSO I AM ATTACHING A SAMPLE THAT IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED.
Interview #1
1. What is your position in the organization? (position, how many subordinates/superiors and role)
2. Thinking about your role as a subordinate, what are some of the activities you engage in every week? What kinds of tasks do you work on with your supervisor?
3. How many hours a week do you spend with your supervisor?
4. Describe your working location in regards to your supervisor?
5. What kind of communication do you engage in with your supervisor? (email, meetings, phone conversations)
a. Explain in detail how many hours a week you engage in this type of communication
b. What kind of communication method do you prefer?
6. Explain how often and in what ways your supervisor:
a. Delegate tasks
b. Empowers you and others with the tools needed to get your job done
7. Explain how often and in what ways you:
a. Feel heard when you speak to your supervisor

b. Feel empowered
c. Feel cared for as an employee based upon your communication with your supervisor
8. How does the way your supervisor communicates with you fit your communication style and personality?
9. If you could change the way your supervisor communicates with you, what would you have him/her do? (not simply communication method)
10. Explain how you get along with your supervisor?
11. What could your supervisor do so that you could do your job better?
THIS SURVEY WILL BE GIVEN OUT TO FIVE EMPLOYEES IN THE FUTURE SO BE MINDFUL WHEN YOU ARE WRITING THE SURVEY QUESTIONS.
THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT IS TO DETERMINE WHAT FOLLOWERS WANT FROM LEADERS. TO ADDRESS THIS CENTRAL QUALITATIVE RESEARCH QUESTION BY CODUCTING 5 INTERVIEWS.
