Mediation of Risk

Based on your research of the selected organization, analyze whether or not the organization has a Chief Risk Officer (CRO), or corporate officer under another title. If it does, identify that person and the roles he/she plays in the organization. With or without a CRO, explain how the organization mediates risks through stakeholders, employees, and/or corporate officers/managers and the company’s overall philosophy on risk.

Deliverable:

Use the template to write an executive summary of 4–6 pages on how risk mediation is accomplished within the organization and your assessment on how successful the mediation model is functioning.
