alone and gets little exercise. Her meal patterns have deteriorated. A typical day’s diet is listed below.

Lunch
Bologna 2 slices
on white bread 2 slices
Mayonnaise 2 tsp

Peaches 2 halves
Milk, whole 1 cup
Dinner
Fish sticks 3
French fries 1/2 cup
Green beans 1/2 cup
Ice cream 1/2 cup
