RFT ASSIGNMENT

In this assignment you will create a Request For Tender (RFT) document that is to be issued to a single sub-contractor to build all aspects of a large residential house such as the one in the individual integration assignment. You should consider the following in preparing this RFT:

• You will need to research formats for the RFT document you will be producing. This will include an understanding of what the sections of an RFT should be and what should be included in it (and what shouldn’t)
• Refer to the “Individual Integration Assignment” to help you plan your RFT.
• You need to make the RFT realistic but it does not have to be precise, and you can make assumptions.
• Your RFT should also address the assessment process.
