Service Area Competitor Analysis
The Service Area.
For this section, please identify the geographical area to be covered. It is easiest to identify a county as your primary service or market area. Once the market area has been identified, you will need to obtain and report on pertinent demographic information related to your service area. - The ability to develop strategic insights and recognize and arrange resources and competencies OR to develop novel strategies before or better than competitors.
