Identify three people who currently are in a job or career to which you aspire. Interview at least one. Discover the paths he/she took to secure his/her position. Be

curious. Craft your questions to satisfy any curiosity you have about his/her position or how it was attained. Find out what skills are necessary to be successful in

the position. Reflect on the interview. What did you learn? What strengths do you have that will help you if you were to acquire that position? What skills are you

lacking? Did the interview change any of your expectations, aspirations or plans? Add any insights you gained. What are his/her competitive advantages?

standard paper format including 12 pt font, double spaced, 1 in. margins and in Times New Roman type font. These assignments will be no more than 3 pages in length and

significantly articulate your reflections as a Kennesaw State University student.
