Over the duration of this course, you have learned many concepts and philosophies about what makes an organization successful. •By using what you have learned over the past five weeks, compose a short essay outlining your philosophy on what constitutes a successful organization. •Differentiate between a leader and manager. •What are the benefits of running front-line employees as teams and team leaders? •Compare and contrast traits of successful organizations. •Be sure to mention the human relations’ practices, service practices, and leadership practices that you feel contribute to the success of an organization.
Write a six-to-eight-page paper that addresses the aforementioned points and includes relevant theories from the readings that support your ideas. The paper should have an introduction that provides an overview and includes a description of how the paper is organized. Toward the end, it should have a conclusion that briefly summarizes the ideas conveyed in the paper.
