The queue could consist of waiting phone calls (Such as in a call center), or people (Such as clients/customers waiting for various services in a bank), etc. Queuing or waiting lines could become the bottle neck for an organization in providing its customers with the required services. This will in turn lead to inefficiencies in the overall operating system and in serving the organizations customers. In a lot of cases, this might lead to customers having to wait for prolonged periods of time in order to get their needed service(s). This will eventually lead to customers dissatisfaction, frustration and annoyance, which might, on the long run, lead to loss of customers, as customers will eventually try to find other service providers that can provide them with the same service in less time. Therefore, the time at which customers or clients spend waiting for a specific service in a queue or a waiting line is highly related to the quality of this service as seen by customers. The less the time required to get the service, the better the quality of this service and vice versa RESEARCH APPROACH Our research will based on secondary data, which will involve processing data that has already been collected by another party.
